| Description: | Natchez Mississippi Monthly Arts and Crafts Fair presented by the Natchez Art Association. Join us for a beautiful day in downtown Natchez Mississippi - Across from the Natchez Convention center at the James Andrews House / Lawyers Lodge Vendor Agreement * All items must be hand-made by the vendor. No kits, import items, patterns, wholesale, resale, or flea market items allowed. * All baked/canned goods must be made by the vendor, be individually pre-wrapped and must meet U.S. Dept of Agriculture guidelines * Tables must be covered to the ground and no boxes or packing items can be visible. * Vendors shall leave their assigned spaces in good order. * Setup is from 7am - 9am - Show time is 9am - 3pm - Please, no tear down before 2pm * All vendors must fill out a MS State Tax form and submit their taxes at the end of the show. Those vendors who have a MS state tax ID must fill out form and enter the tax ID on the form. * Outdoor vendor space rental fees $20.00 per day for a 10 x 10 space - (large enough to fit a 10 x 10 tent) $15.00 per day for a 6 x 6 table space (not large enough to fit a tent) Natchez Art Association Members receive a $5.00 discount on Arts and Crafts Fair booth space. * Indoor studio space rental fees - $250.00 per year - size 6 x 8 (very limited space available and must be approved by board of directors) * October 16 - 17 (Balloon Fest weekend)10 x 10 space rental is $50.00 per space for the two day period - 6 x 6 space rental for the two day period is 40.00 per space.
