The Great Mississippi River Balloon Race is annually held on the Bluff of the Mississippi River, on the beautiful grounds of Rosalie. Behind this historic Antebellum home is a widespread grassy field with an overlook of the Mighty Mississippi, and a beautiful shaded gazebo. Rosalie is proudly owned, operated, and maintained since 1938 by the Mississippi State Society Daughters of the American Revolution. We are proud to hold the 31st Annual GMRBR at this beautiful location each year, and ask that you respect the environment and surroundings during your visit!
