The Arter Limits: Oxford's Fringe Festival lands again this August with over 60 art experiences to be discovered in and around the Oxford Square. This new type of festival does not block a street or erect a stage but has artists performing, exhibiting, and engaging the public from the front porches of homes, inside retail stores, around the historic square, and in any other space art can be created.
