| Description: | From 40th annual A Day in the Country Website: A Day in the Country is an annual community festival held on the Chapel grounds every October. It draws more than 10,000 visitors annually with families enjoying food, music, artisans, crafts, tours of the Chapel, beer and wine tasting, the famous 63-Egg Cake, and children's games and rides.
The festival features more than 100 artists and craftsmen, homemade baked goods, jams, jellies and sauces, Kids Kountry, daylong music, hayrides, Chapel tours, a variety of food for every taste, and, of course, the traditional 63Egg Cake. A Day in the Country is a festival held on the first Saturday in October each year
